LISTOS PARA LUCHAR CONTRA EL COVID-19

Teniendo en cuenta nuestro perfil IB de ser pensadores, indagadores e instruidos, para la sección de Primaria del Colegio Nueva York es muy importante desarrollar habilidades y actitudes que nos protejan de una manera crítica y bien informada durante esta pandemia. Por esta razón, hemos estado aprendiendo más sobre el Coronavirus con mitos y realidades e incluso identificando estrategias que nos permitan luchar contra el virus. Se ha trabajado en el uso adecuado del alcohol, uso del tapabocas, nuevas formas de saludar sin perder la afectividad con nuestro entorno y muchas más estrategias. A continuación, encontrarán direcciones de grupo, en las cuales profesores y estudiantes trabajamos juntos para estar seguros.

READY TO FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19

Having on mind our IB Profile: knowledgeable, inquirers and thinkers, our school and our Primary Section has clear and essential goals to develop skills and attitudes in our students to protect themselves and to protect others by being well informed and having a critical point of view regarding this current issue as Covid-19 is right now.  That’s the reason we all have been learning more about this virus by facing kids towards sceneries where they can infer whether it is a myth or reality when they hear information about contagion.  Students are led on the awareness to implement tips and that way avoid the spread of the virus, such as the correct use of alcohol hand gel, the face mask and the new greeting styles when seeing friends without any physical contact.  Here on the media display, you can see some strategies established during the homeroom virtual classes where students and teachers talk and practice how we all can stay safe and healthy during this pandemic.
