El pasado 17 de abril, los estudiantes de Prejardín celebraron el cierre de su unidad de indagación con el museo Who I Am, un espacio lleno de creatividad, descubrimiento y aprendizaje en el que respondieron a una pregunta fundamental: ¿Qué me hace único y diferente de los demás?

Durante esta significativa experiencia, los niños y niñas presentaron obras de arte elaboradas por ellos mismos, en las que representaron manos, pies y cuerpos. A través de estas creaciones, reconocieron sus características físicas, identificaron su identidad, comprendieron que todos tenemos un cuerpo con extremidades y descubrieron las diferentes formas en que estas pueden expresarse, fortaleciendo de manera significativa su autoestima, autoconocimiento y sentido de identidad.

Una experiencia que dejó pequeñas huellas, pero grandes aprendizajes en el camino de su desarrollo integral.

Research Component: Little Footprints, Big Identities

On April 17, our Pre-K students celebrated the closing of their Unit of Inquiry with the Who I Am Museum, a meaningful space filled with creativity, discovery, and learning, where they explored an essential question: What makes me unique and different from others?

During this special experience, children presented artwork they created themselves, representing hands, feet, and bodies. Through these creations, they recognized their physical characteristics, explored their identity, understood that we all have bodies with limbs, and discovered the many ways our bodies can be uniquely expressed—strengthening their self-awareness, confidence, and sense of identity in a meaningful way.

An experience that left little footprints, but big learning moments along their journey of growth and discovery.
