The Primary students of the New York School, ended up their school year with the mission accomplished of acquiring knowledge as well as the necessary skills for life.
During this last day, students had the chance to show their abilities in mental math as a space to wrap up what was learned during the year with the program “Calculating my World”. After that first item on the agenda for the day, kids enjoyed ludic and creative activities such as artistic and handcraft workshops, dances, karaoke, movie time, competitions, games, kahoot regarding what they learned through the year, the farewell ceremony of-for fifth graders and an unforgettable Christmas picnic in which students were so happy to meet with their teacher and pals.
The closure of the day was awarded by the mentions given to students from Third to Fifth grade because of the accomplishment of the workshop leaded by the National Police that intended to preventing children against psychoactive substances.
In the same way, students from second to Fourth grade were awarded by their participation in the virtual games designed by the Physical Education Department.
It was truly, an amazing day, full of gratefulness and the awareness of perceiving that everything done with the students will remain in their hearts and in their families.
We just hope all of you get together this year in family time and we are looking forward to seeing each other very soon again. Happy holidays!
